Royal Treatment Cleaning Services appreciates your business and knows how important your home is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.
We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners.
If client is not home when the crew arrives they will be subject to losing the discounted/savings part of the voucher. The voucher will then be worth the purchased price and can then be used as a “credit” towards any future services. RTCS must compensate our team members for their time and travel….unloading and loading of the supplies, etc.
Time for cleanings begin upon arrival. We need to be as efficient as possible as our schedule is typically full. Extra time for discussion and or “chit-chat” will count towards time spent cleaning.
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule six days a week (closed on Sundays). RTCS will do our best to arrive on time at your home. Please note, since is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Our work is guaranteed. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service that was performed, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean to your satisfaction.
When you need extra services or additional cleaning on your schedule cleaning day, please call us 24 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed.
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
If we arrive to clean and there is no payment provided, We will contact you immediately for payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment.
Payment for services is due in full at time of service. We accept cash, check, Discover, Visa & MasterCard.
For your protection, Royal Treatment Cleaning Services is licensed, bonded and insured. We also carry workman’s compensation insurance.
